    My oldest son was married in October, 2010, and we held the reception at Catered Your Way.  Since this was my first experience planning a wedding reception, I wasn’t quite sure what I was doing.  Chef David Pyrah was absolutely amazing to work with, from helping me plan the layout of the backdrop and other decorations to flow smoothly, to helping me plan what and how much to serve on the menu.  Chef David went out of his way to make his place available whenever we needed for decorating purposes.  On the night of the reception, everything looked gorgeous and went smoothly, and the food was terrific!  We had over 200 people attend the reception, and there was plenty of space for everyone, along with plenty of parking.  More than half of the people who attended the reception complimented us on how beautiful everything looked and how wonderful the food was.  We also heard many compliments on how “personal” and “cozy” it felt at the reception, and we noticed that people stayed much longer than we’ve normally seen at wedding receptions.  Chef David and his staff made our evening worry-free and one that we will treasure forever.  I highly recommend Chef David and Catered Your Way for any catering needs you have.

    Our daughter, Jocelyn, was married in the Rexburg Temple on July 30, 2011.  Living in Northern Utah presented a little challenge because we weren't familiar with caterers in the Idaho Falls/Rexburg area.  To our delight, we found David Pyrah on the internet and looked at his website.  We drove to Idaho Falls and met with David.  What a wonderful find for us!  David had such a varied menu with reasonable prices.  We were able to work together to create a wedding dinner menu that would please the pickiest eater.
    Everything was DELICIOUS and PERFECT!  The presentation was elegant and laid out beautifully.  David had plenty of help and was able to bring dishes for 100 people to the Woodman Ballroom.  Even now, almost 2 months later, I am receiving compliments on the wedding dinner food.  Everyone enjoyed eating such wonderful selections of meat, potatoes, steamed vegetables, salads, desserts, rolls, fruit, and cheeses and there was plenty left for people to have seconds if they chose to do that.  We all felt extremely pampered.  David and his crew were polite, constantly refilling the buffet tables and water glasses, quick to clear when we were finished, and very diligent in making sure that everything was served to perfection.
    I would recommend David Pyrah, and Catered By Dave, to anyone who wants a delicious meal, dedicated servers, and a huge variety of food choices.  Dave is extremely talented and very conscientious.  Dave is definitely a premier chef with a top notch company.  You will not be disappointed in choosing David Pyrah to be your next caterer!
