Chef David Pyrah has been in the Food Service and Hospitality industry for more than twenty-five years and is experienced in a wide range of cuisines. Having earned a degree in Culinary Arts and perfected his skills at such places as Sun Valley Resort, Red Lion Hotels, O’Callahan’s in the Shilo Inn, State House Inn, and other fine dining establishments.
While at Sun Valley Resort he worked in many of the resort’s restaurants including the four-star Lodge Dining Room as an Ice Show Chef.
With the many years of experience in different environments, Chef Dave and his staff are unique in their ability to meet your needs.
